- Before first use, wash cookware by hand in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Avoid using harsh scrubbers.
- After cooking, do not add cold water to a hot pan; allow it to cool, then remove all food and grease residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush.
- Heat tint or streak marks may occur due to excessively high heat. Do NOT use excessively high heat. To eliminate streak marks, combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda with water to form a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft towel.
- While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is advised to prolong the product's life. Use a liquid dishwashing detergent and a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. For even better results, consider using a stainless-steel cleaner such as SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner.
- Handles may become very hot under certain conditions. Exercise caution when handling and ensure you have quality oven mitts available for use.
