  • The SCANPAN Classic spare lid is made to fit a variety of Scanpan cookware, such as saucepans, stewpots, stockpots, casseroles, and sauté pans.

    Offered in four sizes – 20 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, and 28 cm, each lid corresponds to the respective pan diameter for a secure and effective fit.

    Constructed from tempered glass, this lid enables you to monitor your cooking easily without lifting it, aiding in the retention of heat and moisture. The domed shape offers additional capacity, while the stainless steel rim and bakelite knob provide durability and comfortable handling.

    Please note: some assembly is required.

    Maintenance and Care

    • Before First Use
    • Wash in hot soapy water using a nylon brush/cloth. Avoid harsh scourers
    • Routine Cleaning
    • Use a soft nylon scourer to wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store properly
    • While dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to prolong the product's lifespan
    • Do NOT use excessive high heat
