SCANPAN Classic cookware is oven safe up to 250°C, providing even heat distribution and exceptional durability. The handle is attached to the pan's body using a patented system that does not involve rivets, screws, or springs. Avoid using harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning: After cooking, empty the contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Utilize a soft nylon scourer to scrub the pan thoroughly, ensuring all food fat and residue are eliminated. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store properly. Although dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to prolong the product's lifespan. Do NOT use excessively high heat.
