Avoid using harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning After cooking, empty the contents and rinse the pan under cold water to create steam. Use a soft nylon scourer and scrub the pan vigorously with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue is eliminated. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store properly. While dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to prolong the product's life. Do NOT use excessively high heat.
