  • The SCANPAN Classic spare lid is made to accommodate a variety of Scanpan cookware, such as saucepans, stewpots, stockpots, casseroles, and sauté pans.

    It comes in four sizes – 20 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, and 28 cm, with each lid designed to fit the corresponding pan diameter for a secure and effective seal.

    Constructed from tempered glass, this lid enables you to monitor your cooking easily without lifting it, which helps to maintain heat and moisture. The domed shape offers additional capacity, while the stainless steel rim and bakelite knob provide durability and ease of handling.

    Please note: some assembly is required.

    Maintenance and Care

    • Before First Use
    • Wash in hot soapy water using a nylon brush/cloth. Avoid harsh scourers
    • Routine Cleaning
    • Use a soft nylon scourer to wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store properly
    • Although dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to prolong the product's lifespan
    • Do NOT use excessively high heat
