This sauté pan features SCANPAN's STRATANIUM non-stick coating and is crafted in Denmark from eco-friendly, recycled aluminium. SCANPAN Classic cookware is oven safe up to 250°C, providing even heat distribution and exceptional durability. The handle is attached to the pan body using a patented system without rivets, screws, or springs. Features:

    Maintenance and Care: Before First Use: Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Avoid using harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning: After cooking, empty the contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer to scrub the pan thoroughly, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store properly. While dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to prolong the product's life. Do NOT use excessively high heat.
