    Maintenance and Care

    Before First Use: Clean in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Avoid using harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning After cooking, empty the contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer to scrub the pan thoroughly, ensuring all food fat and residue are removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store properly. While dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to prolong the product's lifespan. Do NOT use excessive high heat.
