We have had this fryer, our first one, for about 6 months and love it. We barely ever use our conventional oven any more, and since usually there are only the two of us for meals, we can cook all that we need in it each night. We find the extra rack that comes with it a huge advantage. The meat usually goes on the bottom and the vegetables can sit separately on the top, doubling the capacity. As I like to turn the meat on the bottom over, there is small hassle in that I have to take all the items off the rack and the rack out to do this.What would be very useful would be if they supplied a set of handles/tongs to lift out the rack with vegies on without everything falling off the rack. I have an engineer friend working on making such a device for me at the moment ! It is easy to clean and easy to operate - it doesn't take long to figure out how long everything takes to cook. We are looking at getting a second one so we can have one over at the beach too.
