  • A timeless design, the Mason Cash Cane pudding basins were initially created in the early 1800s and remain relevant today. The smallest of our pudding basins, it is ideal for individual steamed puddings, as well as serving as a kitchen prep bowl or serving dish. The rim of the pudding basin is designed to allow the pudding to be sealed prior to steaming. The vented base facilitates the escape of bubbles from beneath the basin, preventing it from tipping over in the pan. The Classic shape enables easy release of the pudding after steaming, resulting in a pudding with its characteristic shape. The cream basin measures H6.5cm x Dia 10.5cm, with a capacity of 250ml. Mason Cash provides pudding basins in a wide range of sizes, catering to every baker and fitting all kitchens.
